Accessing Settings

Platform Mode

Click your profile icon in the dashboard and select “Settings” from the dropdown

  1. Click your profile icon in the dashboard

  3. Navigate through different configuration sections

VS Code Extension

Open VS Code Settings and search for “NEO”

  1. Open VS Code Settings (Ctrl+, or Cmd+,)
  2. Search for “NEO” in the settings search bar

How to view credit usage?

Platform Mode:

  • Dashboard displays current usage and remaining credits

  • Access usage history through account dashboard

Troubleshooting

Credit Issues

”Credit limit exceeded” errors:

  • Check current credit consumption in dashboard
  • Optimize task descriptions for efficiency
  • Consider upgrading to higher tier plan
  • Schedule resource-intensive tasks over time
  • Break complex tasks into smaller steps

Secret Management

”Secret not found” errors:

  • Verify secrets exist in Secrets Manager
  • Check spelling of secret names in task descriptions
  • Ensure credentials are configured in VS Code settings
  • Confirm secrets have necessary access rights
  • Update expired authentication tokens

VS Code Extension

Extension not connecting:

  • Check internet connection
  • Verify NEO account credentials
  • Restart VS Code
  • Check extension logs (Output → NEO)
  • Update to latest extension version

Platform Mode

File upload failures:

  • Verify file size is under 50MB limit
  • Check file format is supported
  • Clear browser cache and retry
